conversations that make sissy lim mad!

i suddenly feel like blogging because …

i was thinking about sissy lim! i must; MUST be totally mad thinking about her but i seriously cannot control the reactions on her face whenever i open my mouth and talk to her;

haha!

here is 1 conversation which she practically went crazy!
this is how it goes;

me: sissy! do you know that i thought victoria secrets is open by victoria beckham!
her: *in her damn shocked face* OH MY GOD; WOMAN! who says so! you lamer! it isnt open by her!
me: *not believing* really mehs? their name the same lay!
her: really la! if name the same; tat means joanne peh give birth to you la; same name wat!

haha! i tel you; she practically went madd! haha!

how about another one; HAHA!

me: sissy! i am crazy over 98.7 but i dont like the wat muttons one los; they keep repeating about what muttons over and over again.
her: what muttons! its midnight muttons la WOMAN!

haha! i could see that her face is filled with anger when she talked to me los. haha! (:

i had totally lost my momentum in blogging all thanks to twitter! (:

so any updates would usually be done at my twitter side. (:

last few moments of 2009;

year 2009 has by far been the best and the most fulfilling year that i could ever imagine it to be.

first and foremost, i am SINGLE and being back to single once again, i have gained ALOT!

i remember the moment i entered poly, i got together with josh, i have to admit that there were really good times but i guessed having josh alone wasnt good at all because i lost even more.

the most important lost which happened to me was my relationship with mummy. mummy has been my bestfriend, i am able to tell anything to her but when i got together with josh, our relationship distant. i remember having 2 occasion of really quarrel with her and it seriously hurt the shit out of me.

after the lost of my relationship with my mum would be the relationship with my friends. i really hated having to report every single of my actions to josh and therefore i would avoid having to go out with them.

BUT eventually, i felt that i needa put a stop to this and yeaps, here comes single life! (:

breaking up with josh has probably been the best decision for me because i have gained back everything which i lost; my r/s with mummy and my friends and i have totally no regrets with my decision. :B

in another word, it teaches me a lesson; to find a boyf which is acceptable to my family if not otherwise the whole history is gonna repeat itself. :B

as the title mentioned; i gave up my precious of 2 years and purchased; or rather its a gift to me by mummy;

nokia e72.

i dont know whether can i call it an imprompt purchase because i had been comtemplating between an iphone and nokia e72 for the longest time. if i were rich, i would definitely purchase both.

i know i should have just waited for another 3 more months until my contract finishes and maybe by then the price would have drop or maybe new models would be out but i TOTALLY cannot wait!

LG phone is seriously driving me crazy! when i am at home; AT HOME, there is totally no reception at all! i need to walk all the way to the nearest window in order for the phone to have reception. ):

all the while i thought that it was just the line but the funny thing is that how come all starhub users doesnt have this problem only me? thank god! benji who are apparantly using the same phone as me told me that he himself also experienced the same problem as me and he assured me that its the problem with the phone and not because of my line. :B

being very pissed with the problem; mummy decided to get me a new phone! (: despite getting nokia e72; i am still wondering whether is my decision the one which i wanted but mummy told me that its alright; if i wanted to change, i could get a new one when my line is up; 3 months later and she will use nokia e72.

YAY! (: happy joanne!

nevertheless; what makes joanne even happier is that she is gonna get her nails done tmr! :B

its a whooping 4.16am and i have just gotten home after meeting lm for a reallyy long chat. (:

by right; i should be at my lala land now because i am meeting wx for cycling later but my stomach had to act up at this time. yes! i am hungry! ):

the first time turned out pretty bad, in another words, weird and funny; therefore i managed to steal a total look of how feli♥ did and tried again. (:

Upcoming Events

A quick post before i knocked off to bed. (:

december would be a really busy month for me! :B am totally looking forward to it! cant wait!!

first and foremost; i might be spending this saturday rollerblading probably at east coast with youngly! :B so if any of you were to spot me; please say hello! (:

up next would be shopping with feli♥ and celeste♥ next tuesday! :b destination has yet to be confirm but YAY! cant wait! :B

weekdays would be delicated to work to earn more cash for bangkok trip plus for a little more shopping for chinese new year. i totally do not want to wear almost something similar to my cussies.

christmas eve would be spent having afternoon lunch with parents at i dont-know which hotel and when nightfalls, we would start preparing for our usual christmas midnight service. :B

up next would be on christmas dayy!! ((:

dining and outing with ♥cliques! :B cant wait! been really long since the group of us last got together because of the difference in off days. (:

last but not least would be countdown for the brand new year. (:

last year was spent with josh and undram followed by afew rounds of mahjong at josh’s place but this year; its gonna be a blast! its with ♥cliques! :B

seeing how packed my holidays are makes me really happy! having the time of my life is happy but having NO money is definitely something not to be happy about. (:

FIRST POST

YAY! (:

so my blog is kinda offically up!

was planning on going over to blogger BUT i didnt manage to find a really simple template which i like and even if i did, i wasnt able to get twitter to work the way i want it to be.

this problem has seriously been bugging me for afew late nights already!

went bloghopping and saw that wordpress also supported twitter and i decided to give it a try and TADA! twitter reallyyy works in wordpress and exactly the way i want it to be! awesomeee! nevertheless, the saddest thing is that if i were to want to custom made my own layout, i have to purchase it plus, there are oh-so little layout to choose from! and among all, this layout is the simplest and the nicest! (:

so BYE livejournal and HELLO wordpress! 😀

i am oh-so happy and excitedd la! i managed to persuade sister and her friend to go together with me and feli♥ family and mummy is paying everything for us; except for the shopping i guess. (:

BUT first and foremost is to work and save lots of money then there is no need for me to stress over not having enough cash to spend in bangkok! :B

and most importantly! I WANNA SEE AHGUA! (:

*hints hints to feli’s mama to plan seeing ahgua show during the trip. :B  hees! :B

tmr is the last week of school before the holidays! another YAY! (:

another excited event to look forward too! :B is stil comtemplating whether should i follow sister and friends to genting for a short getaway or i should just camp over at feli♥ place. :B but i guessed i would most likely be camping over; i dont wanna be left out again like last time! ):

on a random note; mummy baked fruit cake todayy! (: first attempt and i am glad to that mummy is really a genius. HAHA! (:

the fruit cake turned great! i wouldnt say that its comparable to those sold in stores but its really edible! crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. YUM YUM! (: that would be for breakfast tmr IF i were to wake up earlier. :B
